YOU ARE A

MIGHTY FORCE.

Deep down, you know that. So why is it so hard to stand up for ourselves, speak the truth, or rip off the veil of being a polite and proper woman?

The constraints of traditional society are strong. Many of us were raised to be humble, be kind, be grateful, put others first, and don’t rock the boat. Though those can all be noble qualities, that rhetoric sends a million tiny messages that it’s better to be liked than to be ourselves.

When I started my counseling career, there wasn’t a clear intersection between faith-based counselors and licensed, certified therapists. Clients had to choose between a pastor or clinical counselor, and support with feminine perspective was hard to find on both sides.

I became committed to creating an alternative that bridges the gap between faith-based principles and professional therapy, making space for women to explore their spirituality, feminism, and mental wellness holistically.

I’m the proud Founder of a Tampa Counseling Place, specializing in empowerment therapy to enhance your everyday life. Our highly experienced counselors utilize various approaches depending on your specific needs and preferences.

We understand that deciding to start a counseling journey is a brave, sometimes challenging decision, and we’re here to celebrate this step forward in your holistic healing journey.
